تأسس مصنع الساحل الشرقي الأول للصناعات في الدمام عام 1992، وهو رائد في تصنيع منتجات البوليسترين والإيكوبانل. يشمل قطاع البوليسترين المنتجات المعمارية (هوردي وديكور)، مواد العزل (ألواح، نواة عزل، إيكوبورد)، الساندوتش بانل، ومنتجات التعبئة والتغليف (صناديق خضار وسمك، عبوات شتلات). تتميز هذه المنتجات بأنها قابلة لإعادة التدوير، غير سامة، مقاومة للفطريات، وصديقة للبيئة. أما قطاع الإيكوبانل، فيقدم ألواح ساندوتش بانل للجدران والأسقف، وهي حلول بناء حديثة وسريعة التركيب. تستخدم هذه الألواح في تغطية الجدران والأسقف للمباني الصناعية، العزل في صناعات الأغذية والتبريد، والعزل الحراري في هندسة المباني. من أبرز مميزات الإيكوبانل سرعة الإنجاز، مقاومة الرطوبة، سهولة النقل، الإغلاق المحكم، العزل الصوتي، قيمة إعادة البيع، التكلفة الفعالة، والقدرة العالية على العزل الحراري والتبريد. The Polystyrene Division includes architectural products (Hordy and decorative items), insulation materials (sheets, block inserts, EcoBoard), sandwich panels, and packaging solutions (vegetable and fish boxes, seedling trays). These products are recyclable, non-toxic, fungus-resistant, and environmentally friendly. The EcoPanel Division offers sandwich panels for walls and roofs, providing modern and fast-to-install building solutions. These panels are used for wall and roof coverings in industrial buildings, insulation in food and refrigeration industries, and thermal insulation in building engineering.
