سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

يحق للعميل رفض الشحنة عند وصولها، فقط إذا قدّم سببًا وجيهًا خلال ثلاث ساعات من التسليم. في حال عدم تقديم أي سبب خلال هذه المدة، تُعتبر الشحنة مقبولة.

The Client may reject the shipment upon arrival, only if a valid reason is provided within 3 hours of delivery. If no such reason is submitted within this timeframe, the shipment shall be considered accepted
