Delete customer account
Dear customer,
We appreciate your trust and interest in our services, and we fully understand that circumstances may arise that prompt you to decide to delete your account. Please review the official steps for deleting your account, including information about data retention periods.
Steps to delete the account:
Please log in to the app on your device.
From the top menu, tap the user icon, then chooseMy Profile.
Within the “My Profile” page, click on the option"Delete account".
A window will appear asking you to select a reason for deleting the account – please select the appropriate reason.
After confirming the process, the account will be permanently deleted and cannot be undone.
Customer data and retention periods:
Personal information:
All personal information, including name, email, phone number, addresses, and other data associated with the user, will be permanently deleted from our databases.Usage Data:
Some aggregated and anonymous statistical data may be retained for analysis purposes and does not identify the user in any way.Backups:
Backups containing account data may be retained for up to 30 days for security purposes. After this period, all backups are permanently deleted.
Important notice:
The deletion process may take some time to fully complete.
After deletion is confirmed, the account or its associated data cannot be recovered.
All transactions or financial obligations associated with the account must be settled before the deletion will be implemented.
