Frying line for pellet chips / production of pellets from Al-Faraj Engineering Industries.

This line produces pellet chips with a productivity of 125 – 500 kg / hour
Egyptian industry – Al-Faraj Engineering Industries, developed English-Dutch system.
It consists of the following main parts:
Assembly and feeding stage.
Frying device for chips.
Filtering and drying device
Flavor spraying device (injection).
Oil circuit connection network.
All connection networks are made of food-grade chrome 304
The line produces 1400 – 2000 kg of pellet chips on average over eight hours of work, and productivity depends on the type of oil used, the type of pellet, the size of the piece, and the ambient temperature.
Electrical supply: 380 volts, 3 phases, 50 hertz

The frying line for pellet chips manufactured by us, Al-Faraj Engineering Industries, is characterized by ease of cleaning and maintenance; all electrical parts, valves, sensors, and others used are of European origin, and all parts in contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel 304.
