As such, they are considered "custom-made" items and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is confirmed and production has commenced.

This policy is in place to ensure the highest levels of precision and quality, as these products are tailored exclusively for individual project needs and are not suitable for resale or reuse in other contexts.

Despite the non-returnable nature of the products, we remain committed to client satisfaction by offering a comprehensive 5-year warranty on all works, covering any manufacturing or installation defects, provided that the usage and maintenance conditions are properly followed.

We are fully committed to supporting our clients throughout the warranty period and will address any reported issues that fall within the approved terms. This reflects our dedication to long-term quality and reliability.
