Return and Refund Policy

First: Replacement or return at the customer’s request

  • Coffee, chocolate, and food items cannot be exchanged or returned due to product safety.

  • All other products can be exchanged or returned within 3 business days of receiving the order, with the customer bearing the full shipping costs.

Second: Replacement or return for compensation purposes

  • If the shipment is received in good condition and the customer wishes to return it due to an order error, they must return the shipment to the nearest branch of the shipping company before initiating the compensation process.

  • If the order arrives incomplete or does not match what was ordered, the customer has the right to request financial compensation or to have the missing part completed, provided that they contact the store via the available means within 3 business days from the date of receipt.

  • Both parties (the customer and the store) are committed to resolving the issue within 3 business days. If the delay is determined to be the customer's fault, the store has the right to cancel the return or exchange request.

  • If the shipment arrives damaged, the customer must refuse receipt and immediately notify the shipping company, then contact the store to complete the compensation process.

  • Failure of the customer to contact the store within 3 business days from the date of receipt shall be deemed a waiver of his right to compensation or claim.

  • If no error is reported within the specified period, the store has the right to take the appropriate decision as it deems appropriate.
