Policies
We are committed to providing you with excellent service, and if anything happens that requires reviewing what was shipped to you, we offer you a flexible exchange and return policy.
Please read the following terms carefully:

Exchange or return is possible within 30 days From the date of shipment, provided that:

Attach a copy of the invoice.

The product must remain in its original condition with all its accessories, packaging and functions attached.

If the request is for a product manufactured to the customer's request, it is reviewed by the Quality Department and approved or rejected by the Technical Department, with the reason stated in writing by the Quality Department.

In case of a return, a credit note will be issued. CN The value of the returned product items.

The amount will be refunded within 30 working days From issuing the creditor notice.

If the return is due to an error on our part (the packaging company bears the shipping fees)

If the return is due to the customer's request, the customer will bear the shipping and return fees.
Exceptions:
The following products cannot be exchanged or returned:

Custom products (a product that has been printed or engraved on a customer order, printed or engraved on the product itself, or customized to suit the customer).

Perishable or short-shelf products.
-
Products stored poorly by the customer.
Return fees:
The Sales Department reserves the responsibility to accept or reject a product return request in the following cases:

The product has been opened and used.

The product has been tampered with.
-
The product was damaged.
-
The order was placed by mistake.
If there is a valid reason that requires replacement:

An official request is submitted explaining the reasons for the exchange, not the return, and a deduction is made in it. 23% of the invoice amount*
*If the product is custom manufactured.
