Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy for Al-Tawalih - Food Paper Factory for Industry Company

In order to ensure customer satisfaction and the quality of our services, we hereby explain our policy for handling damaged products:

1. Reporting period:
The customer has the right to report any damaged product within a period not exceeding seven (7) days From the date the shipment leaves the factory.

2. Proof of status:
When submitting a refund or compensation request, the following conditions must be met:

  • Bring Original invoice or an official copy.

  • Clear imaging For damaged product clearly showing defect or damage.

  • Clarify the purchase order number or associated shipment number.

3. Reporting method:
Customer service can be contacted via email or the designated number, and all required documents must be submitted within the specified period.

4. Acceptable cases:
Refund or refund requests are only accepted if:

  • Damage caused by manufacturing or packaging.

  • The product has not been used or opened in a way that affects its condition.

5. Exceptions:
No claims will be accepted:

  • After more than 7 days have passed from the date of shipment departure.

  • If the product has been used or improperly stored by the customer.

  • Without an original invoice or proof of purchase.

6. Processing mechanism:
After receiving the application and studying the case, the customer will be informed of the compensation decision within a maximum period of 5 working daysCompensation options include:

  • Product replacement.

  • Issue a credit note.

  • Or any other solution agreed upon with the client.

7. Company right:
Food Paper Factory Company reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
