Return & Refund Policy

Exchange and Return Policy

Products not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Products such as (sheets, pillows of all shapes, quilts, mattress toppers, prayer rugs, air fresheners, and all accessories).
  • Any products that have been modified, altered or washed.
  • Special orders for manufacturing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as are invoices purchased during seasonal sales.


The customer has the right to exchange or return the products included in the exchange and return policy if the product is not suitable for him for any reason, by following the following conditions:


1- Product condition

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • It has not been removed from the packaging bag.
  • The outer and inner casing are not removed.
  • During the warranty period, the company guarantees to replace the mattress if it sinks by more than 3 cm. The technical report is the company's standard for approving the replacement of mattresses after the conditions are met.
  • The warranty does not cover the use of incorrect cleaning materials or methods, such as the use of caustic or abrasive materials on fabrics.
  • The warranty does not cover mattresses that have been exposed to liquids, soiled, torn, placed on spring bases, beds with splayed wooden slats, damaged or broken wooden bases, or any damage resulting from misuse.
  • The company guarantees delivery of products only once, according to the shipping and delivery policy published in the store. The customer bears any additional costs.


2- Replacement or return cost

  • The customer bears the shipping and delivery costs in the event of an exchange or return.


3- Replacement or refund period

  • We guarantee the return or replacement of the product only once, unless there is a manufacturing defect, within one day from the date of receipt of the product, provided that it is in its original condition as sold without removing or opening the packaging.


4- Refund period:

  • Returns are only made through the original payment method and will be processed within 4 to 21 days depending on the credit card bank.
  • If the purchase is made through installment companies, the order cannot be modified and the company is not responsible for the amount paid.


5 - Method of replacement or refund:

  • Contact customer service via WhatsApp.
  • Mention the order number to complete the return process.
  • The original invoice must be brought.
