Al-Muhanna Trading Group is committed, upon accepting the return of the item (after it has been examined by a specialist and it has been confirmed that it does not conform to the specifications required by the customer), to return the full amount paid without deducting the value-added tax using the same payment method (cash/network) or change it for another item that conforms to the specifications required by the customer.
