You can cancel an order before it is shipped by the shipping company. If the order is canceled after it has been shipped, the customer will bear the shipping costs and the order will be canceled as desired.
The product can be exchanged and a return request must be made within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. The customer will bear the shipping and return costs.
Custom orders are not subject to return or exchange.
