Replacement and Return Policy at Dafa Store

Customers have the right to return a product within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the product is in its original condition and the external packaging has not been opened.

Ensure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition it was received.

Customers have the right to request replacement or return in the event the product is damaged, and Dafa Store will cover all replacement and return fees.

Products with serial numbers that do not match our records will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Return Fees
If the product is damaged, Dafa Store will cover all costs.

For products returned in their original condition at the customer’s request, the customer will bear the shipping costs.

If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, only the shipping fees will be deducted.

Customer service hours are daily from 9 AM to 8 PM, except on Fridays.

For damaged items, send a photo of the damaged product, a photo of the shipping carton, and a clear description of the damage.

Replacement and Return Timeline for Damaged Products
The process takes 3-7 business days.
Refund Process
You will receive your refund within 3 business days after the product or shipment is returned to our warehouse. The refunded amount will be credited to the same bank account used for the original payment.

For payments made through Tamara, the refund will be processed directly by them.
