We hereby inform you that Alkhair Trading Co. Ltd. will implement a new return policy for food products nearing expiration, effective from December 1, 2024, as outlined below:
Return Timeframe:
Return requests will not be accepted for any Alkhair product with less than three (3) months remaining before its expiration date.
Product Condition for Return:
The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged due to improper storage by the customer. However, returns will be accepted in cases of manufacturing defects.
Purchase Invoice:
A valid purchase invoice must be provided when requesting a return. Requests without an invoice will not be considered.
Refund Process:
Return requests will be processed within 15 days from the date of receiving the returned product. The refund amount will be adjusted in the customer’s account by deducting the value of the returned products from the total outstanding balance with Alkhair Trading Co. Ltd.
