Snack production line for corn from Al-Faraj Engineering Industries.

This line produces snack corn with a productivity of 160 to 500 kg / hour
It consists of the following main parts:
Corn meal mixer
Screw conveyor
Extruder, which shapes the snack into the desired form: ring snack, long or short stick snack, star snack, spiral Cheetos, and other shapes.
Rotary tumbler gas – mat dryer, which roasts and dries the snack and removes moisture from the snack pieces
S.S coating tumbler, which flavors the snack pieces
2 oil and flavor mixers and a flavor pump melting units
The snack chips production line produces corn chips, puffed corn, puffed corn with a twist, zig-zag corn chips, puffed corn snacks, light snacks, and Bozo chips.

Our snack chips production line at Al-Faraj Engineering Industries is characterized by easy cleaning and maintenance, all electrical parts, valves, sensors, and others used are of European origin, and all parts in contact with the product are made of food-grade stainless steel 304.
